Become an Emerge Partner TODAY!

A Community Partner is someone who commits to the vision of building the Spiritual Community as we Reveal Love, Honor All Paths and Celebrate Life. Each Community Partner willingly strives to keep the vision alive by practicing the 8 Conscious Practices and partnering with spiritual leaders, volunteer leaders, staff, community partners and friends within Emerge and beyond.

8 Conscious Practices

1.    Affirmative Prayer
The practice of declaring and realizing truth. We recognize that there is a perfect spiritual idea within every individual and every circumstance that can be known and claimed. Prayer is the most powerful tool we have to align our thinking with truth and create the reality we desire.
2.
Meditation
The practice of becoming still and fully present in the now moment. In meditation, we pause and become consciously aware of the presence that is always right where we are.
3.
Visioning
The practice of opening ourselves up to see, hear, and/or sense the highest idea for our life. In visioning, we tap into the universal mind and become a space of deep listening, creating an opportunity for that which is unlimited to come into view.

4.    Gratitude
The practice of appreciating ALL of life. In every circumstance, we can look with appreciation and ask ourselves, “What is the gift here?” When we appreciate all the beauty of life, we discover more joy and our good is multiplied.
5.
Forgiveness
The practice of releasing blame and persecution of ourselves and others. Forgiveness is a gift we give ourselves. To forgive means to “give up,” to let go. When we are willing to give up anger and resentment, to let go of the meaning we have made of past events, we walk in an experience of peace, freedom, and prosperity.
6.
 Sacred Service
The practice of giving our time and talent without any thought of reward or repayment. Giving to something greater than ourselves quiets the ego, lifting us into higher states of consciousness and expanding who we know ourselves to be.
7.
Conscious Leadership
A devotional practice of self-awareness that allows being to inspire doing. Taking 100% responsibility for our circumstances from a place of openness and curiosity, conscious leaders are empowered to create both the life we desire and the world we want to live in.
8.
Giving & Receiving
The practice of becoming both an inlet and an outlet for universal good. It is our nature to share ourselves generously with the world, and it is our birthright to be abundantly supported in doing so. As we align ourselves

What are the benefits of partnership?

Emerge LEC is highly intentional encouraging all its partners to work and grow together, to share information, receive in valuable insight as well as instruction and to build relationships with each other through a mutual exchange of ideas. There is a natural drift toward siloed life that is disconnected from others even when you are sharing the same space. Each partner must be committed to pursue collaboration in a way that strengthens the overall impact in the community. Everyone has to work hard to communicate and participate in joint efforts.

Further, partnership entitles you to services that are designed to assist you with spiritual development and equipping you with the tools to create as well as maintain an intimate, evolving, and enriching relationship with God and your divine self.

Morning Meditation

Morning Meditation Will Transform How You Start Your Day.

Here's how many of our days start: your alarm blares, you roll over, and you check the news, social media, or your email (or perhaps all three). By the time you roll out of bed, you're in a state of alert and stress, rather than tranquility and ease.

This is why morning meditation can be so important—and so transformative to how you start your day.

Here are some of the biggest benefits of morning meditation:

1. It Provides a Fresh Start
Meditation in the morning can center you and help you shake off anything that happened yesterday that you’re carrying into today. “I love meditating in the morning because I feel like I am waking up to a fresh and new slate,” Chelsea says. “It’s my chance to meet the day and try again.” She likens meditation to a “work in,” meaning that it builds your mental and emotional muscles. “Sometimes a ‘work in’ is just as important as a ‘workout,’” she says.

2. It Improves Your Mood
There’s solid research behind the power of meditation, and specifically, morning meditation. In general, meditation has been shown to improve stress and well-being, reduce symptoms of depression and anxiety, boost life satisfaction and quality of life, and decrease burnout, according to a 2021 meta-analysis published in the Journal of Affective Disorders. That can make a difference in your life at any time, but how wonderful would it feel to approach your day with a more even-keeled, less stressed mood?

3. It Makes It Easier to Establish a Meditation Habit
Meditation in the morning may be especially impactful because the timing makes it easier to stick with, suggests a 2023 study published in the Journal of Medical Internet Research. The research found that those who were creating a new meditation habit using an app were more likely to do it regularly and less likely to give it up entirely if they did it in the morning compared to late at night. The study points out that for many people—especially those who see themselves as early birds—the circadian rhythm is primed for establishing new habits after waking up. This is when levels of cortisol (a hormone produced by your adrenal glands) are at their highest, which has been found to have a role in habit formation.

4. It Hones Your Attention and Focus
The cognitive boost you get from meditation can be especially useful when you’re just starting your day. You need the brainpower and resilience to get through everything on your to-do list, and meditation may help you get there. A 2021 Mindfulness meta-analysis suggests that meditation improves attention, executive control, inhibition, and performance on accuracy-based tasks.
